If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to send it back for a full refund within 30 days. Please note that single-use products are NOT eligible for return.
The refund will be in the original form of payment and the amount paid. Products on sale during promotions and certain promotional items are often not eligible for return.
Shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
How to return your product:
1) Email us at cs@hanskin.com. Provide us with your Name, Order#, the product you wish to return and the reason for your return
2) We will email you back with the confirmation, along with return instructions.
