After you have placed your order, we cannot edit the order. If you wish to edit the shipping address saved on your account, simply log in and edit from My Account section.
Track My Order
We ship within the Continental US and Canada. Expedited shipping is not available to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Standard shipping is from 5-7 business days. We try our best to ship your order as quickly as possible so that you can receive your order faster! Most orders ship the next business day. We are closed on most holidays.
Free shipping is with USPS delivery. Standard shipping is with United States Postal Service or UPS. We may also at our own discretion use any type of delivery service that is the best for your location. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost.
You can view the status of your order by logging into your account and looking up for your order. If you signed up for messaging service, you will also receive notifications by SMS text messaging. Additional fees may apply.
Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the shipping address. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our customer service team will do their best to stop the order, however, this is not guaranteed.
We accept most credit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.
Please contact your bank for further details. For privacy reasons, we are not given any reasons for the decline. Please do check your credit card information to check that it was entered correctly.
Order & Returns
Please contact us, within 30days receiving your order, at email@example.com. Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damage / incorrect product. We will provide you with a return label for you to send back the damaged or incorrect product.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority 😊 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to send it back for a full refund within 30 days. Please note that single-use products are NOT eligible for return.
The refund will be in the original form of payment and the amount paid. Products on sale during promotions and certain promotional items are often not eligible for return.
Shipping fees are not eligible for refund. After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
How to return your product: 1) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide us with your Name, Order#, the product you wish to return and the reason for your return 2) We will email you back with the confirmation, along with return instructions.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel or edit the order. Once an order has been paid, our distribution center has processed it to be fulfilled in real time. Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment team, we are no longer able to cancel or change the shipment. If you wish to return your purchase, please follow the Return Instructions above.
